CALENDAR OF EVENTS FOR 2026-2027 WINTER SEASON

All membership meetings except for the December and March meetings will be held at the Old Forge Fire Dept. at 7pm. Dates for additional events will appear in the October newsletter and on our Facebook page once confirmed. Facebook page is the most up to date information source which is Inlet Barnstormers Snowmobile Club on Facebook.

Saturday, August 15, 2026: Family Picnic. The club’s annual Family Picnic will be held at 1pm at the club’s property in Eagle Bay. The address is 23 Uncas Road The cost will be $5 per member and $10 for a non-member, to be paid upon arrival at the picnic. RSVP date for the picnic is one week prior to the picnic. Bring a dish to pass. The club will provide meats and non-alcoholic beverages. The club’s Board of Directors is looking forward to showing off the ”barn” and equipment.

Registration for the NYS Youth Snowmobile Safety course is now done online at the state site. Registration must be done online at Upcoming Events – New York Snowmobile Safety Course

Volunteers are requested for Snodeo set-up starting at 10am. Our club gets a complimentary booth in exchange for help from our members. Current updates are on our Facebook page.

SLEDNY Forum & NYSSA Annual Meeting dates are on the NYSSA website. Our club sends representative delegates to this conference to attend seminars and interact with the over 230 clubs across the state. Contact John Moran for information on attending the Forum. All attendee’s must be at Sunday mornings  voting and attend classes.
